In addition to rehabbing several properties, Dream Works Homes constructed a 1.6 million dollar ocean-front residence in Brigantine, New Jersey.

Under the leadership of owner/operator Scott Rote, Dream Works Homes has expanded its market and is currently building executive homes in two desirable communities - Hammonton and Deerfield, New Jersey. Each site offers homeowners an opportunity to live in an elegant home in a beautiful, rural community in Southern New Jersey.

Scott's knowledge of the building market is unparalleled. For more than two decades, he has been involved in every aspect of construction, from land development to the finishing touches that make a house a home. Scott has supervised the construction of more than 2200 homes in Southern New Jersey. Further, he is a licensed Building Inspector with the State of New Jersey and will guarantee that your Dream Works home is built with superior care and meets all of the state's standards.

Because the owner directly oversees the building of every Dream Works home, we can offer you the personal attention that the larger builders can't. You will be working directly with Scott while building your dream house.
